The Crawfish Festival is back — and it's staying right where it belongs.
Join us Saturday, April 3, 2027, at Historic Crawfish Springs in Chickamauga, Georgia, for a full day of fresh crawfish, live music, cold drinks, artisan vendors, family-friendly fun, and Southern flavor.
Produced by Shop the Market at in conjunction with the City of Chickamauga, this festival celebrates the history, food, and community spirit of one of Georgia's most historic towns.
Fresh crawfish will be boiling throughout the day, with a traditional New Orleans-style crawfish boil featuring crawfish, corn, potatoes, and all the fixings. First timer? No problem — we'll show you how it's done.
Guests can also enjoy gourmet food trucks, a beer garden, regional live music, handcrafted goods, festival merchandise, kids' activities, and more.
General admission is free. Parking information, entertainment schedule, and festival package details will be announced soon.
Vendor registration is now open for food trucks, artisan vendors, crafters, sponsors, and community partners. Spaces are limited, and categories will fill quickly.

One of the most exciting moments of the Crawfish Festival at Historic Crawfish Springs will be our New Orleans-style second line celebration. Led by a live brass band, this joyful street parade invites everyone to follow the music, dance, wave handkerchiefs, and become part of the celebration.
Inspired by one of New Orleans’ most iconic traditions, the second line is all about movement, music, community, and pure festival energy. Whether you’re dancing in the street, clapping along to the brass band, or just soaking in the moment, this is your chance to be part of something unforgettable.
