Ketner's Mill

Forty-eight years on, the fair still happens at the working mill in Whitwell every October. Heritage crafts, demonstrations, Appalachian music, food — and a setting that's been hosting this fair longer than most of us have been alive. Our most legacy-driven venue, and the deepest cultural roots we work with.

Chattanooga Choo Choo

The historic 1909 train terminal on Market Street, restored as a hotel, events complex, and arts district. Brick courtyards, restored train cars, and outdoor plazas make the Chattanooga Choo Choo home to our bi-weekly Choo Choo Farmers Markets from May through September, all four Twilight Markets, the Cheese & Beer Festival, and our two-weekend Christmas market.

Best for: Farmers markets, twilight markets, food festivals, holiday markets

Coolidge Park

Wide-open riverside green space just across the Walnut Street Bridge from downtown, famous for its carousel and pavilions. We use it for the November Christkindlmarkt across two consecutive weekends — the largest holiday crowd we draw all year — and the summer CommUNITY Block Party.

Best for: Large holiday markets, summer community events

The Commons in Collegedale

Open-air gathering space at the heart of Collegedale with both indoor pavilions and outdoor plazas. Easy parking, room to move — host of the Mother's Day Gala, the November Christkindlmarkt, and the December Last Minute Market.

Best for: Themed markets, holiday markets, weekend events

Mountain Arts Community Center

The MACC sits just above downtown Chattanooga on Signal Mountain. It's where Shop the Market At ran its very first market on April 2, 2022 — and where we still hold the November Christkindlmarkt and our four-day stop on the world-famous 127 Yard Sale route.

Best for: Holiday markets, yard-sale events, intimate craft markets

McDonald Farm

Working family farm in Sale Creek, roughly twenty miles north of Chattanooga. Open fields, barns, and countryside setting — our venue for the late-August Watermelon Festival, the four-night Haunted Grounds at Halloween, and Christmas in the Country.

Best for: Seasonal festivals, family events, themed outdoor experiences

Cumming, Georgia · North of Atlanta · Indoor Antiques Hall

Lakewood 400 Antiques Market

One of North Georgia's best-known antique destinations — a 75,000-square-foot climate-controlled market hall on Atlanta Highway in Cumming, home to more than 500 antique and vintage dealers. Lakewood 400 opens to the public one weekend a month, Friday through Sunday, and thousands of shoppers travel through for it. Our first venue outside Tennessee, and the setting for the Georgia Vintage & Makers Market in June 2027.
