For Vendors
40+ events across the 2026–2027 season. Reviewed and balanced — your booth gets a real audience, not just a spot in a crowded field. Apply for the specific events that fit your business.
This is what your booth sees. Real foot traffic, brought out by real marketing — TV, billboards, and a region that shows up.
How It Works
The complete EventHub workflow — from browsing events to selling at the market.
Review our full 2026–2027 event calendar below and choose the events that best fit your business.
Applications are submitted through EventHub and reviewed individually. Vendors are only charged once their application has been approved.
Each application is reviewed individually. We balance vendor categories carefully to maintain variety and avoid oversaturation.
If approved, your payment is processed through EventHub and your booth is officially secured. Vendors then receive setup instructions, event details, and vendor policies.
Arrive ready to create a great customer experience. Final logistics, parking, load-in instructions, and booth information will be sent before the event.
Vendor Categories
Every event has a reviewed, balanced mix. We don't let one category crowd out another — too many candle vendors, not enough farmers, and the whole market suffers. Categories vary by event type and venue.
Handmade goods, jewelry, ceramics, woodwork, candles, soap, leather, fiber, mixed media. Original work only — no mass-imports.
Local farms, fresh produce, eggs, honey, dairy, mushrooms, microgreens, plants. Tennessee Department of Agriculture certified where required.
Specialty food, baked goods, preserves, sauces, coffee, tea, kombucha, cold-brew. TN cottage food and packaged food vendors welcome — see permit notes below.
Hot food, food trucks, and on-site prepared food for festivals and twilight markets. Health permits and sales-tax registration required.
This category is reserved for approved vintage, antique, collectible, repurposed, and resale-focused events only, including the 127 Yard Sale at the MACC. It does not apply to our handmade-only markets.
Live musicians, buskers, mobile entertainers. Booked separately — email vendors@shopthemarketat.com instead of EventHub.
Booth & Expectations
We run organized events. That means clear expectations both ways — you know what we provide, we know what you're bringing. Specifics arrive in your confirmation email after you're accepted.
To create the best experience for shoppers and fellow vendors, booths are expected to remain fully set up and staffed for the entire event. Early breakdowns may affect eligibility for future Shop the Market At events.
From Our Vendors
Real, unedited feedback from the artists, makers, farmers, and food vendors who sell at our markets across the Chattanooga region — in their own words.
We have been doing markets with Shop the Market At for years. We are always treated very well. The markets are well advertised on TV, online, with billboards, and signage. Thank you, Rob and Russell, for working hard to help give each vendor a fair shot at sales. The rest is up to the vendors and their craft.
— Penny Hansen Atwood
Shop the Market At has treated me so well since becoming a vendor with them in October. They worked with me, accommodated me, and even credited me when life got crazy. This past weekend, the wind was more than I expected, and they helped us with extra weights to hold my shelves down. They remembered my name when I had only met them once, came and checked on us every so often, and even let vendors leave without penalizing them when the weather got colder. Most event coordinators force their vendors to stay; however, Shop the Market At cares about vendors more than the money. If you had a bad experience, message them first before bashing them. They are wonderful to work with.
— Jessica Marie Rudder
I have been with these event planners from the beginning, and they are awesome! Their events are well organized, they advertise well, and they always check on their vendors. I cannot recommend them enough ❤️
— Taylor Hart Watson
I am one of many vendors who participate in shows organized by Robert and Russell, co-owners/managers of Shop the Market At. I enjoy doing their shows because Robert, Russell, and their staff have great integrity and genuinely care if their vendors, as well as the general public, are happy. I plan on participating in as many of their shows as possible!
— Susan Glass Parry
I've sold my leather goods at many markets. This group puts on a well-curated, proper market showcasing many talented local vendors. I'm always impressed by the layout and the ease of information from a vendor standpoint.
— Brian Storey
We have worked with Rob and Russell at dozens of events. They always make sure their vendors are well taken care of. There has not been a single event we have been a part of where they haven't come around to check on us and make sure everything was good.
